Privacy Policy

Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, and scheduling details when you book a discovery call; the health and lifestyle information you share in intake forms and coaching (such as health history, symptoms, dietary habits, medications and supplements, goals, and measurements); and the content of messages you send us.

Payment information. When you purchase a package, payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We receive confirmation and limited billing details but do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our providers may collect device and usage data (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links) through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

• Provide, personalize, and improve coaching services and the Site.
• Schedule and conduct calls and sessions, and respond to your messages.
• Process payments and manage your account and packages.
• Send you service-related communications and, with your consent, occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and clients.

The health and nutrition information you share is sensitive, and we treat it with care. We are a wellness provider and generally are not a “covered entity” under HIPAA, so HIPAA may not apply to your information. Regardless, we use reasonable safeguards, limit access to what is needed to coach you, and we do not sell your information.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers who help us operate, for example, our scheduling tool (Setmore), contact form provider (Formspree), email and productivity provider (Google Workspace), payment processor, and any email marketing or analytics providers we use, under agreements limiting their use of your information.
• Legal and safety reasons, such as complying with law, responding to lawful requests, or protecting the rights and safety of any person.
• Business transfers, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to understand how it is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and for legitimate business or legal purposes (such as tax and recordkeeping). When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to access or delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Our Site and services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and material changes may be communicated to you directly.
