Terms of Service

The Site describes our coaching packages and lets you book a free discovery call. Paid coaching is governed by a separate Coaching Services Agreement you sign before services begin; if there is any conflict between that agreement and these Terms regarding coaching, the Coaching Services Agreement controls.

Your coach is a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach (PN-1) and is not a licensed physician or registered dietitian. All content on the Site and in our coaching is educational and for general wellness only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed provider. Always consult your physician before changing your diet, supplements, or exercise. In an emergency, call 911.

The Site and services are intended for adults 18 years or older. By using them, you represent that you are at least 18 and able to enter into these Terms.

Fees, billing, minimum commitments, and cancellation and refund terms for coaching are set out in the Coaching Services Agreement. Payments are processed by a third-party processor subject to its own terms.

The Site and all content, branding, and materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute them without our written permission. Materials provided to clients are for personal use only.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, or post unlawful or harmful content.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we make no guarantee of any specific health or fitness result.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

The Site relies on and may link to third-party services (such as scheduling and payment tools). We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
